During these unprecedented times here are our COVID-19 updates and FAQs. 

Are you still shipping?

Yes! To reduce contact in our office space we are shipping orders 2-3x times per week. This means that your order will still be shipped within 4 days of placing your order (if not sooner).

Will my delivery be delayed?

Currently there is a huge demand on parcels due to COVID-19 and delivery services are busier than ever. Due to this Australia Post and courier services are seeing delays.

Australia Post and Sendle both have waived signature on delivery during this time to stop the spread of COVID-19 and protect their staff and customers. 

Can I still order?

Thankfully yes, the pet industry has been deemed an “essential service” and will continue to run as close to normal during this time. We are going to do everything we can to ensure customers orders are fulfilled quickly so you have one less thing to worry about.

Do you have enough stock?

Our Uglybox Subscriptions are still available and view www.uglybox.com.au for any updates. 

All our items listed at www.uglybox.com.au/shop are in stock. Once they sell out the listing will no longer be available. 

We are working with our supplier to ensure we have a steady supply of stock. Luckily as we use Australian treats and purchase stock from Australian suppliers we are hopeful to get through this time with minimal stock impacts.
